Morrow–Grant County OHV Park is part of the Morrow County Parks system and spans nearly 9,000 acres of recreation land, with 2,000 acres located in Grant County. This unique park includes a large portion of the regional trail system, managed through a cooperative Memorandum of Understanding between Morrow and Grant Counties. Morrow County also owns and manages the remaining trail network, along with the campground facilities.
This park exists thanks to the incredible support of our communities in Morrow and Grant Counties, the funding assistance of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD), and the thousands of volunteer hours generously donated by individuals who care deeply about the Park. We extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has helped make this park possible.
Through the development of the park, strong partnerships have been built with local businesses, volunteers, park visitors, and organizations including the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW), Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB), and the U.S. Forest Service (USFS).
