Penny is the creator behind the delicious creations at Lulu's Sweet & Salty. She has been baking sweets and serving salty snacks for many years now. Her passion to bring these treats to everyone has grown and she was inspired to open her own shop in La Grande. Named after her mom, Louise, Lulu’s is the newest place to order donuts, custom cakes, desserts, and more.
