Echo Public Library
The Echo Public Library is located in the Historic Echo City Building. The building was restored in 2000 to create a beautiful warm setting for the library, city hall, and auditorium.
The Echo Public Library is part of the Umatilla County Special Library District (UCSLD) and the Sage Library System. Library cards from any UCSLD Library can be used in any other District Library. The Library is also a member of the Sage Library System, which is a consortium of 70 school, college and public libraries in eastern Oregon.
