Echo Ridge Cellars in Echo, Oregon is hosting its 8th annual OktoberFest! Besides fine wine and brews, a variety of food vendors will be on hand to sell you delicious food including, of course, brats and kraut! Tickets are $25 and include $15 in event tokens.
Music this year will be incomparable. Matt Cooper, nationally renowned pianist and accordion musician has teamed up with Eastern Oregon University woodwinds professor Greg Johnson and Pendleton bassist Alan Feves to form their Bavarian style trio, Idle Vice. Idle Vice will begin their set at 4:00 PM followed by No Slack Jack, the Seattle area’s favorite rock and roll band, at 7 PM.
OktoberFest is produced by the Echo Heritage Association and, is a benefit event for funding Echo High School Graduate Scholarship Awards and the restoration efforts for historical, St. Peter’s church.
